Kung fu soft

Kung Fu is a soft maintenance derived from the martial art gymnastics. It is recommended for those wishing to start or return to work smoothly. It is a sport without competition, is practicing without extreme movements (acrobatics, jumps ...).
Kung Fu will bring a soft total well-being, both physically and mentally. It will bring you:

Classes are held as follows:

Warm-up:
•    Flexibility;
•    Abs / Diaper;
•    Dynamic or isometric strengthening;
•    Postural strengthening;
•    Coordination (reflex, speed, alertness).
Self-defense:
•    Small learning Taos (sequences);
•    Kicking techniques;
•    Fighting applications;
•    Work with materials.
